What happens after I have ordered my course?
Once we have received your payment, we will send you a username and a password. These will give you access to the course for two weeks. To start your course, go to the log-in page.

I have received my username and password but I cannot access my course. What should I do? 
Please check the confirmation email we sent you. Make sure you type in your username and password exactly as they appear in the email. If you still cannot access your course, please phone 01663 744409 or email peter.maher@plainenglish.co.uk.

Do I get a certificate at the end of the course? 
We don't automatically send a certificate to everyone who completes an online course. However, if you would like one, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a certificate by email, free of charge.

Can I change my start date after I have booked my course?
Yes you can. Please email peter.maher@plainenglish.co.uk to arrange this.
