£12,000 + VAT | None | First year In-house training for 20 people. There is no charge for the course but you must pay £150 plus VAT for the trainer's expenses and administration, plus any necessary accommodation costs. (If you are based outside mainland UK, you must pay the actual travel costs.) Each following year |
| Standard membership (covers a whole council, government department or large company) |
£6000 + VAT | £3000 + VAT | A free in-house training course for up to 20 people each year. There is no charge for the course but you must pay £150 plus VAT for the trainer's expenses and administration, plus any necessary accommodation costs. (If you are based outside mainland UK, you must pay the actual travel costs.) You cannot carry over courses or places from one year to another. |
| Small business membership (covers a small business with fewer than 50 employees) |
£4000 + VAT | £2000 + VAT | Three free places on any of our open courses each year. |
| Single-department membership (covers a single council, university or communications department) |
£2000 + VAT | £1000 + VAT | One free place on any of our open courses each year. Or, ten free online course places every year. |
